Help preserve the park and prepare it for winter by mulching, weeding, composting and cleaning.

Greening for your Health

Turns out, digging in dirt has some great health benefits! Gardening often involves various types of movement – bending, lifting, stretching, arm motions and more! All of this adds up to low-impact exercise. Gardening also could help decrease stress levels, helping your mental and emotional stability and health.
